All Purchases Are Subjected To Following Terms

 

Turn around time is approximately 5-10 days. Some items can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping. Especially if it's a shirt I don't keep in stock. If you need an item by a certain time, please email hello@jendavisdesigns.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver in the time frame you need it.

 

No exchanges or returns are accepted on any and all purchases from Jen Davis Designs. ​

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate, please send me an email to hello@jendavisdesigns.com within 3 days.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We do use UPS for larger orders - they seem to be cheaper and quicker.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. If returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.

If there is ever an order delay, we will try our best to contact you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
